Meet the founder
Our founder isn’t who you picture when you think of a brand of dosa chips.
Dosa inevitably conjures your friend’s grandma or an Udupi restaurant uncle. Tell us we’re wrong... We’re not wrong.
But our founder is Taylor Forman, an American who has embraced India and its cuisine over the past decade — especially its dosa. She observed its deliciousness, its ubiquity, and its popularity across India. And she got inspired to turn her favorite part of the dosa (and yours) — the crispy edges — into a unique chip.
